Renewing my goals
It's been a while since I last wrote in here. Quite a lot has happened since then. I've done a hell of a lot of travelling and come back safely. I had a lot of fun and would definatley recomend taking time out to do someting like that. OK, so the job front has been very harsh since I've been back, I've been working in retail since I returned a couple of months ago. But I have just secured a new job in the career I want to be doing so fingers crossed that all goes well :-)
I haven't been to the gym or been healthy since I got back and it's really starting to show. So I have renewed my mission to be healthy, tone up and lose weight. This has started succesfully by re-joining the gym on Monday. I have been every day so far (it's Wednesday today) so that is really positive. I'm also trying to cut down on my sugar intake. I'm quite literally addicted. This has not gone so well so far, but there have been improvements.
While I was at the gym today I noticed a BMI/Body Fat analysis machine, so I thought I would give it a go. Results are as follows:
Height = 5 foot 4.1 inches
Weight = 7 stone 5 (103lbs)
BMI - 17.7
Body Fat = 20.9%
Body Fat Mass = 9.8 Kg
I think I'm going to do that again in around 3 months, so if it changes at all.
